The Boathouse Project  scroll down

The Building  was straightened , the foundations rebuilt, Internal supports replaced, the floors reconstructed, the sheathing changed to plywood, new  siding , rails, upper windows.  The roof was replaced with 100 yr steel.   Should last for generations of enjoyment.
